What a pity about the West Virginia turnpike! I think I might have just kept going, waited for a break in the weather and mood of the traffic around me, went wherever my nose pointed, and only come back when I was good and relaxed. Funny how four hours can ruin a whole week!

About the a-hole men in Montana--not entirely untrue. I will say that I never sought out to get a redneck Montana boy who could spend an entire day practicing elk calls, elk bugles, imitating car mechanics with southern accents with his cousin on the phone, trying to hill climb a mountainside on his "snowcat" (snow cats, I tell him, are giant machines used in Yellowstone National Park, not what he rides), and who would rather make his truck louder than fix his missing tooth (that he broke the cap off of by folding his beer bottle cap in half with his teeth), and we're still working on the little love sticky notes that say, "Your my favorite"--apostrophe RE!!! Or just say "You are my favorite" if you can't remember! I learned that you don't pick who you love (puke, I know), and it's true, I think, about someone coming along when you are not looking. Don't give up.

3 horrays for awesome singleness. I actually don't own any romantic comedies except for When Harry Met Sally. I, too, got out of the habit of watching those kind of movies in Netflix. I'm taking this time to just be me, find what I enjoy and rock the world. It's kinda cool. Glad to know I'm not the only one!

Maybe I'm too old for this. You can't tell anything from a picture (most are either worse or better but never right on). Check out other colleges for someone with your great sense of humor & interests. As my husband's aunt said, you are an unclaimed jewel. I personally never "met anyone" when I was looking . . they just appeared.
